I’m sure you are aware of the Youtube video of your track Zelo, which uses a clip of the North Korean army marching. Zelo is from the latin ‘zelus’ which means zeal and fervour, does this video fit in well with the track do you think?

Well Zelo is a non-word. I’m not aware of the root of zelus but you have wild imagination and that’s a good thing for sure! As for the video I think it’s pretty cool and fits the track in an abstract way. I met with the guy who made it in Amsterdam at a gig and thanked him for his effort.

I’d say so! What has been your favourite gig to play at so far?

Electron Festival in Geneva and Amsterdam went down pretty well ,I guess I prefer big room venues.

I was at your gig in Tresor, it was savage I must say!

Yes, that was my first Berlin gig and went down pretty wild as well. The place is intense and historical.

Haha, it sure is! Yeah, there’s some great history behind it! How do feel you interact with the crowd, is it symbiotic in nature?

Well in Tresor, the crowd was very demonstrative to be honest. I was playing first but the crowd showed up pretty early and went wild from the very beginning. It was a welcome surprise of course.

We were all ‘giving it socks’ on the dance floor. Have you any upcoming gigs you would like to mention?

No, nothing confirmed at least.

Well, you could always stroll into the cage in Tresor again and ask to play a few tracks, I’m sure they wouldn’t mind, haha.
